Confined Space Rescue and Emergency Services Course Outline

OSHA’s comprehensive rescue course is also available online in addition to offline classes; it gives participants the knowledge and skills they need to identify confined space risks in contemporary environments. When responding to restricted space rescues, rescuers should be able to perceive, evaluate, and foster a rescue plan. This program will equip the rescuers with the knowledge and skills necessary to carry out practical rescues from a variety of confined spaces.

Quiz and Exam Information

Module Quiz

Students are expected to take quiz after every module as a test of their competence. The quiz will
contain short questions from the respective modules.

Examinable Features

  • Students will be allowed to appear in final exams after they complete all modules and pass module quizzes;
  • A minimum of 70% score will be required to pass the examination;
  • Certificate of completion will be awarded to successful candidates;
  • A total of 3 attempts will be given to students to pass final examination;
  • Students can retake final exam after every 48 hours, respectively;

Completion time

In order to receive certification, a student must complete
24-hour Hazwoper Course within 6 months after enrollment. After that time period, the student account will expire and a new subscription will be required.
