Back to Work Refresher Training

A broad stroke approach is often employed by companies to provide Back to Work Refresher
training to their employees before they arrive at the workplace again after a lay-off or longer-plant
shut down. A minimum of 8-Hour Refresher training is critical to renew workers’ knowledge about
safety and health to help them stay safe at workplaces.

Goals of the Course

The goal of this course is to meet OSHA standards defined for Back to Work Refresher training
for General Industry (29 CFR 1910), Construction Industry (29 CFR 1926), Shipyard Employment
(29 CFR 1915) and Agriculture (29 CFR 1928). Back to Work Refresher training is one of the
easiest methods of bringing employees back up to speed with safety & health and other areas of
compliance.

Examinable Features

The final exam must be cleared with a minimum of 70% score to receive a certificate of completion. To retake the final exam, three attempts will be provided with a break of 48 hours, respectively.

Completion time

A period of six months from initial registration will be given to students to complete Back to Work Refresher course. A student’s account will be expired after this period. A re-registration with
complete subscription fee is required to avail course again.
