Emergencies in workplaces in the United States occur on a daily basis. Effective emergency preparedness is essential to the protection of life and property. The Occupational Safety and health Administration (OSHA) estimates that losses can be reduced tremendously if proper safety precautions and preparation at job sites are initiated.
