CSEM, Inc. was established in 1992 by our current President and CEO Frank V. Quarato. Founded by professionals with over 30 years of experience, the Center for Safety & Environmental Management, Inc. (CSEM) offers a broad range of safety, health and environmental training and consulting services. CSEM, Inc. develops high-quality safety programs for industry, corporate and government agencies. CSEM, Inc. has been instrumental in the winning of and/or the performance of Government safety training grants from $135,000.00 to $350,000.00 for industrial clients who were financially challenged by providing safety training to their work force.

CSEM has created an independent corporation with a strong state university affiliation. CSEM, (a for-profit corporation), offers state-recognized, university-credited Continuing Education Units, (CEU's) for OSHA, EPA and DOT training as well as safety consulting services. Through name recognition and established credibility, CSEM has gained a critical foothold in the Northeastern United States safety service markets and is securely expanding across the US and Canada. CSEM, Inc's unique abiltiy to attract and maintain stratigic partners positions CSEM, Inc. as a growth company well into the future.

CSEM Staff has extensive knowledge in the future trends and plans of government offices and large private sector firms to out-source safety needs. Under strong employee leadership, the corporation will create an exponentially increased demand for CSEM has services across the country. CSEM's experienced staff strives to create personalized programs that address each client's specific needs while enhancing safety culture for the client.

Technology, coupled with the ever growing trend to streamline corporate purchasing and sole source will fuel growth for CSEM. Since over 95% of corporate safety programs are re-active, such a high rate of industrial accidents, coupled with safety mandates from many government agencies, provides CSEM a broad market well into the future. Major insurance carriers are reacting to a changing web based market and are now outsourcing safety and health functions to include loss control and accident investigation. CSEM works for both the insurance carriers and the insured to assure that additional exposures and financial losses are minimized.
